"On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of information. We were upgraded to a kingsize but although the room was clean and had all the facilities it could do with some TLC. I understand rooms are being revamped. All staff were help and friendly and always ready to help.The hotel in in a great position for visiting the town and we would certainly book another trip here with no hesitation. Thank you all at The Lookout for a very enjoyable break."

"We’ve used this hotel for about 17 yrs and it’s always been quiet, with attentive staff, and very clean. The only thing I would comment on for this stay is that there was a very strong electric air freshener on in the room when we arrived, which was not good for me as I have allergies. It was soon switched off and the window opened for proper fresh air!"
