"Location good, every staff we met were very accommodating and pleasant! Amazing training! We only had 2 days that housekeeping not great, but other 7 great. Only ate in pool area, marginal there. Overall quite satisfied."

"Hotel is nice ,need a little TLC ,Costumer services,housekeeper is wonderful Fernando front desk ,represent the twin in high stands…Nika in front desk should be looking for other job..she isn’t Hawaiian an doesn't represent the Aloha ,in good stands rude and bitter….definitely I m going to be back..the only inconvenience is the high resort fee..higher than Vegas and I don’t know why is the reason for that high resort fee…I fell in love with the hotel and hospitality "

"Overall good but we asked for linens and no one came. When we asked housekeeping the next day she said no one notified them. Also no one came to clean our room. The hotel itself is very nice, location convenient and rooms spacious. "

"Great staff and some good activities/amenities. On site dining was very good also. Rooms a bit small and the guest areas (rooms, hallways, elevators) could use some updating. Overall, a great stay and would absolutely consider staying at this property again."

"Everything was good. We were in the Park View wing and had a great view of palm trees waving in the breeze. Doves visited us on the balcony. The food in the bar was very good. What a great place to stay near Diamond Head!"
