"I don’t think it’s fair to charge $78 for services not used and it’s absurd to charge $25 parking fees at a hotel your paying to stay at. Food and drink prices are ridiculously high . The staff were excellent. I ended up paying over $700 just for a 2 night stay. Read the fine print if you choose this hotel. If you have money to throw away this place won’t be a problem. But if you work your butt off just to go away for a weekend, find a different place."

"The Tv remote was not user-friendly as there are no numbers on it that granted my wife and I direct access to our perferred channels and the tv guide channel was not easily found. We anticipate returning but we would appreciate if our noted concern could be address. "

"The hotel is in a very good location if you are planning an overnight stay near The Plaza Live for an event. The hotel property is right down the street from the venue. However, the bed in the king room was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The refrigerator was not fresh (bring baking soda). A lot of late night street noise as well. Too bad because the hotel is really nice besides the aforementioned issues."
