"This was a longer stay for my trip and everything about it was excellent. I booked a higher view room and it was worth it. While the room was small, it suited my needs as a solo traveler. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially when it was busy with guests and it made the stay much better. "This hotel offers an excellent view of the Shibuya Crossing and is part of the Times Square-like Shibuya central area with easy access to the light rail system. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that our room was a bit small and dated and did not offer 5-star amenities (e.g. a decent coffee maker). With that said, it is super convenient to the Shibuya hood and, if you are not intimidated by the rail transit system, the rest of the city (e.g. the Ginza). The staff is super accommodating....

"It’s close to Haneda airport but far from Tokyo. The shuttle bus to and from the station is a big help . It’ a quiet place . Having free coffee in the morning and night is a bonus since coffee outside is expensive. Food in the restaurant is expensive. As a family of four , we could not sustain it. Overall we had a good stay for 12 days. Highly recommend it."
