"Felt like I had VIP status from the moment I valet parked to bell and dining to room amenities to lounge access. The staff was well prepared for the Eagles parade including guard access with wristbands"

"Overall it was great! We were there for the eagles parade. Couple small complaints- there were five of us and the hotel didn’t have any extra pillows at all. And the bedding set up isn’t the best with all the flat sheets covering the blankets. It’s easy to lose them when sleeping and now touching all the blankets that do t get washed as often "
