"The 6th floor is where my room was. The moment the elevator doors opened, there was a mildewy smell that should be looked into. One of the beds in my room had a lumpy mattress that clearly needs to be replaced. The phone and the midd night stand was dusty, it looked like it had not been wiped down in a long time, the carpet needs to be steamed cleaned and the AC was dusty. Staff was nice, relaxing environment for a quick get away "

"At the end of my stay I would like to say that we had so much fun and my family enjoyed their time as well. Also, wanted to thank Mr. Mado who helped us a lot during the check in process as the initial room was in 6 floor just on top of the AC units and was very loud, honestly I was that close to cancel my entire stay until he came and talk to me and helped us to get another room with upgrade. He was kind, patient and helpful. Overall my experience is great and definitely will come back again.."
