"We stayed at Room Mate Alba for 3 nights for a quick family trip to Madrid. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The hotel is perfectly centrally located within 15-20 minutes walking to the Prado, the Reina Sofia, Plaza Major and the Palacio Real, and is surrounded by a ton of great restaurants and shops. It's the perfect place to stay for a Madrid getaway and if/when we return we will definitely be staying there again!"

"Hotel had some highlights like the eclectic rooms. While they might look nice, weren’t very functional. The closet was nearly unfunctional with its multiple doors. The luggage rack was too large to open within the closet so that was useless. While having a heated towel rack is nice, you have to walk across the entire bathroom from the shower to get to it.
