Concierge service was excellent 👌 we had doubts about the resort when we booked, but whne we got there it was excellent the property is well maintained, lots of pools , the fact that you can use the pools late is amazing! The only issue we had is that if you needed a premium drink you had to go to the platinum lounge. Other than that it's a great resorts for families.

There is always a good time at temptation. The pool parties are fun unfortunately on this visit, we noticed a lot of the restaurants were closed. The gift shop was closed. It was as if we could not get the full experience because so many of the amenities and attractions were not open.

It was an amazing vacation. I love that the property is not as busy as some other huge hotels. It was just what we needed for our family of 3 (one child) food was good, drinks were tasty but pretty weak, kids club was great.
