"The overall experience was great! The staff in every department is friendly and very kind and helpful. The onsite restaurants need more choices on the menu, the food at most restaurants were awful too oily and greasy. We preferred buffet and sports bar. Travelled as family with two small kids for 5 days and we all got sick for two days due to foods. On the other note, great property, staff was amazing the housekeeping services done within minutes without asking and beyond. "

"Very clean. All the restaurants had their perks. Easy to book a reservation for dinner every time. Pools were cleaned daily and decently maintained. Buffets were always stocked and always clean (wiped down with attention to detail). Entertainment team was excellent and night shows were great."

"The resort was amazing! It was beautiful and the staff were very attentive. I got the elite club and the restaurant alone was enough to make me want to come back. I will say the only thing that threw me off was the resort credits. They were used more so as a discount which was strange to me. You couldn’t actually buy anything with just the credits but other than that the room, pool, dining options, and activities were a plus! I would recommend and actually stay here again."

"Just returned from 7 days at this resort, it was our first time travelling internationally with our young kids and chose this resort as it seemed family friendly. We had an amazing stay! The facility was clean, the food was good, drinks were good too and our kids were quite pleased they could order from the swim up bar. Kids club was great, our son asked to go back and they did cute little crafts and made play dough. We got a 2 bedroom suite and it was gorgeous with a lovely view and comfy beds. This is definitely.not a party resort, things shut down early which was totally fine for us but if you’re looking for a late night party scene then I would go elsewhere. My only complaint is that we chose this resort for the kids water park area and the water was so freezing the kids wouldn’t go in there, I don’t understand why the water isn’t heated like the rest of the pools on the property. Overall great stay and we can’t wait to go back! "
