"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price. The heated indoor pool was amazing and saved our holiday as it was raining most days we were there. There were also many inflatables in the pool which was a nice touch. "A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"This little home was the perfect getaway for myself and two friends on the lead up to christmas. The house was beautifully finished, cosy and clean. We loved the wood burner and the Christmas decorations. The home is just off Harbour Street, which was just a treasure trove of little shops, wine bars and restaurants. My American friend who had never ventured out of London before said she felt like she was in the holiday!Thank you for the perfect weekend, we will definitley be back!"

"The bed was uncomfortable and the room is smaller than appears in the picture. There is not a lot of space in the bathroom, no where to hang towels or to even place toilet paper. No cleaning items are provided such as dustpan and broom or additional towels provided. The instructions to check in was clear and easy to understand."

"Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location. "

"This is a gorgeous penthouse suite overlooking the Thames in Woolwich. We loved eating at the nearby Dial Arch and The Guard House Pubs. Good food and atmosphere. "The staff couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly! Was so happy with the convenience of being near a Coop and the restaurant/bar nearby. Was able to have a delicious meal there one evening. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. There wasn’t any noise from the other rooms apart from the doors slamming occasionally. The hotel in general was very quiet. Am definitely booking to stay here again whilst I am working in the area. Very happy! "

Nice clean hotel with costly parking

"The Hotel was clean and staff was very nice . The only thing I miss was that the was no room Service and no phones in the room to Ring the reception and if u need any Assistant u will have to go down to the reception. The parking was not free and was very expensive . If u have to stay for a Long period of time it can be very costly."
