"I would definitely recommend this hotel from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly but professional. When checking in the receptionist looked to see if a room was available so she could check us in early so, we were able to go to our room at 11am instead of 3pm. The room was welcoming and spotless. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the choice of breakfast was past expectations. My friend is vegetarian and the cooked breakfast was spot on, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay special. "

"Stayed for 2 nights 13.12.24, very festive hotel, had Santa greeting us for breakfast both mornings, with singing and going around asking if we have all be good for Christmas. A brilliant touch and one of the most festive/lively atmosphere I have been to at breakfast. Sent us up for a day at the markets and Christmas shopping which was a short distance away. Santa was excellent, bar staff at night was friendly and very attentive, receptionist was friendly and informative and nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast staff worked so hard to keep all food and drinks replenished. A credit to all staff that work there 😀"

"This hotel is not the Hilton, but it is not the Hilton price either. For the price of this hotel, it is clean, welcoming and you get a decent room with staff that are willing to help if yon need. Very good hotel, we stayed for 4 weeks with work and would happily stay again as my 1st choice. "
