"Booked for 2 nights, first visit too Birmingham so was excited to see as much as possible. Check in was fine, paid for parking in the Britannia car park. Had to pay a hotel deposit on booking in. Had a superior room on the 15th floor, greeted by a birthday card and small bottle of Prosecco and a couple of chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious and the bed very very comfortable, bath & shower was an added bonus. Carpet very worn and could do with replacing soon. Complimentary...

"Staff were excellent and super polite and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, well equipped and clean. Only small compliaint is the thinness of walls - there was a surprising amount of noise from lifts/doors/guests especially from early morning. Not major and I would/will definitely stay again, but maybe something to know for lighter sleepers"

"Stay was nice, the spa was amazing. A few let downs such as the breakfast choices, also the fact that the wait for the lifts were long as the lifts were also used by those visiting the resort and not staying in the hotel, so it meant a longer wait for the lifts and the beds were not as comfortable due to the hotel using twin beds to make a queen so I had to request a mattress topper to ease the comfortability, however overall it was good."

"Stopped here before with no problems. Unfortunately on this occasion our booking was not on the hotel system. Obviously a system error between hotels.com and the hotel had caused the problem. However the booking was eventually found and sorted. The manager was very apologetic and gave us free breakfast for our inconvenience."

"The Hotel is in a great location to all local amenities. Very clean and modern Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Really nice food served in the Hotel also. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely return."
