"Staff all very friedly and helpful."

"Good location just a block away from Pier 39. Trader Joe's and Walgreens nearby. The F Trolley which takes you to BART is within a block. Easy for public transportation and activities. They give a small bottle of water to each person at check in; a bottle per person per day would be an even nicer gesture. We left our bags with Bell Service after checkout until late evening pickup for flight. Enjoyed our stay. "

"The front desk was top notch at check-in. Room was comfortable and clean. Love the charm of the older hotel. We could hear the loud voices of the people next door, but that is true of most places. Great value."

Cons: • Extra Fees – Parking is expensive $60 night, and Wi-Fi may not be free depending on your booking. • Street Noise – Being in a busy part of the city, some rooms may experience noise from traffic and nightlife. Overall, it’s a solid choice for those wanting a well-located hotel with standard Hilton amenities, but it might not feel as upscale as some other options in the city."

"Bathroom, fridge, heater and fridge all work well. TV channels like CNBC or Discovery Channel have good signal, although some other channels have intermittent signal. Bed is comfy. The carpeted floor in the room could be cleaner. In my opinion, the lighting can be changed in some areas to give the room/corridors a cleaner feel but I can see that some might find the darker and warmer atmosphere more charming."

"Tiffany and staff were amazing- everyone was nice, accommodating and professional (makes all the difference). Clean, quiet, and safe- what else do you need for a home-away-from-home. Although there were some issues with my room which I reported (you do too right? How else can a property know or improve?) they were minor and easy to fix. As a sighted non-24, it was easy to get my room CDQ (Cool, Dark, and Quiet)- crucial for proper sleep. The breakfast, while not a huge spread was very well done."
