"My husband and I spend a week in your hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The property was very clean including the public bathrooms. We loved the beach, you can walk a very long distance. The water was blue and turquoise and the sand like sugar. Gorgeous! This is the second time staying at your hotel. Will definitely come back again!😊"

"Beautiful property with nice dining options and plenty to do for a family with young children. Everything was super clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. We were happy with most of the food options (would not recommend the rib eye at The Grill, it was thin, dry and hard to eat). We did the Enclave upgrade which I felt was worth it for the addituonal meal options. We used the main pool most of the time though because it was better for our kids who are still young. Also the Enclave rooms are by where they have weddings and events, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights were quite loud until about 10pm or so...at least that was our experience so maybe inquire with the property about room location if that would bother you. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful and everyone who works there is so friendly and ready to help, they were all great!"

While I remember the names of some staff members, like M and L, I want to emphasize that, in general, every staff member we interacted with truly deserves recognition for their excellent service. The entire team contributed to making our experience unforgettable, and we are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Additionally, the Christmas special menu was excellent. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and a true highlight of our stay. It was a wonderful festive experience."
