"We booked 5 months in advance for a concert we were attending at the nearby allegiant Stadium. Nirvana is conveniently located for walking over to Allegiant. At the end of the day, we knew we were staying in a motel BnB. And we got a great value, clean comfy room, and great location for a good budget price. It cost a fraction of staying in one of the big Strip hotel/resorts, and is only two blocks south of many of the restaurants on the strip. We had breakfast at the Egg Spot right next day."

We were thrilled at how close it was to get there by simply walking down the sidewalk. We also took a longer walk to Mandalay Bay to shop and eat and then walked back to the hotel.
