"This hotel is very well situated in the heart of Shinjuku. Although the room was very small, everything was in great shape and worming fine. Great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. There is a nice bar with a good selection of japanese whiskey. We did not eat breakfast there because of the high price. I was there for 5 nights with my wife and our son. Overall I would recommend this hotel any day."

"Very clean, had good options for food at the hotel and the area around was great. It was close to the train station and also enjoyed that it had a walkway to the makuhari messe."

"Right at Haneda airport; good if you have an early morning flight to catch. Lots of convenience stores for breakfast and many restaurants. I tried the onsen; it was great but I didn't know we should wear/bring along the outfit provided in the hotel room; in any case, the outfit provided is too big. They did provide some near the hotel lobby but it would be better to provide outfits at the onsen itself for hotel guests as I had to wear my dirty clothes back to the room after the onsen. "

"When I go back to Tokyo I'll definitely be going back to this hotel. The rooms are small but they dont feel suffocating. The view of the sky tree was awesome. The hotel is really clean and the staff are super nice. The breakfast is good however its the same selections every morning. The hotel is just a short walk from food, 7-11, and the JR Station. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. "

"Excellent place to stay in Shibuya - Very close and 30 mins from Hadena Airport - Very Luxury hotel, room is nice and it is walkable. The staff are very friendly and speak english and the rooms are nice for Japan and have free water and so many dining and shopping options near by - Nike, Kohokmo, Zara, H&M, and Lululemon....and so much more"
