"Hotel Gracery was a very nice hotel and was pretty convenient because it was walking distance from so many good restaurants, shops, and Kabukicho tower. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. Also, they provide luggage services if you are planning to travel to a different hotel/area. Unfortunately, you aren't allowed to go onto the patio area to take pictures with the Godzilla head due to tourists climbing on the structure. So keep that in mind if this was your main reason for booking the hotel. "

I also like that for the limited housekeeping you have the option for the staff to not enter the room and just leave fresh towels. The hotel also felt very safe since you are only able to access your own floor with your key card. Overall a great stay!"
