"I had a wonderful time staying at Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo. My room has a decent size. The service was top not. I also enjoyed the breakfast there. The location is in the quiet side of Shinjuku. It’s about 15-20 mins walk to the Shinjuku station. If you don’t want to walk, take the bus on the bus station right on the left side of the front entrance (WeGo bus will take you to the West entrance of Shinjuku station on the first stop). "Location is located next to the bar & late night entertainment. I had young teens and I did not feel comfortable letting them explore. We’d venture out early and there would be drunks sleeping on the street. But the hotel is well maintained and the staff helpful. The area would be great for anyone out to enjoy nightlife in Tokyo. "

"A very pleasurable stay for those who travel solo. I stayed here on my own for 3 nights and enjoyed the included drinks and food. Having access to laundry was wonderful bonus. Facility is super quiet and convenient to the Shinjuku stores/restaurants. It can get a little warm/stuffy in the capsule areas, but the front desk will provide a fan to keep you comfortable. Great value. I would gladly stay here again if traveling on my own. "
