We chose this hotel as it was close to the NEC the best priced with also a leisure centre. The staff were wonderful very polite, but not too intrusive. A perfect blend. "

Room quite basic but comfortable, except that an electric portable heater provided the heating and this gave me an electric shock when I turned it off, fusing the TV etc. This was quite alarming though the member of staff I told at checkout was very sympathetic and checked I was OK.
