"It is a great hotel. If you are going to the NEC, location is excellent and you have plenty of dining and entertainment options. "

"We stayed in an accessible family room, the bed was very comfortable, the sofa bed wasn’t so comfortable but managed to sleep and even though on a busy street the room was always quiet. The breakfast was good with a good make your own waffle option that I’d not seen before and had for breakfast both day. The only annoying thing about the breakfast area is the number of family that let their kids use their iPad with no headphones and volume on ( maybe head down early to avoid this)."
