"Without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed in London. Great price, service and customer care was fantastic. We didn’t eat in the restaurants but the food looked amazing and the restaurants were very well looked after. Beds were large and comfortable, the hotel was very secure and well looked after. Great drinks/cocktails and offers for guests. Highly recommend!"

But that is probably the only thing I can say that is positive. The person who meets you at the flat does not smile or shake hands. They just hand you the keys and walk away. "These apartments are in a great location. They were quiet, clean and the two bedroom was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Prices below what we expected to pay for London. Check in, check out was easy and quick."
