"90% of our stay was fabulous. Only a few little niggles. The positives: The room was huge! Very comfy bed and having a sofa was a plus. We were asked upon check in if we wanted a room with a bath (which we did). So that was good. The room was pitch black once all lights were off and windows closed, even in the morning. Lots of space for clothes. Staff and service was excellent. The spa (additional cost) was the best spa I’ve been to! The pool area was low lit, quiet and had beds to lie on....

"We where meeting family, the Liner Hotel is well situated next to Lime Street Station. It was close to all the amenities we required. The Hotel was clean and the staff friendly. I would definitely recommend it "

"This hotel is located close to the docks and Liverpool one making it perfect for a weekend away. The cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. The rooms are huge!!! With the added bonus of a kitchen, the bathroom had a 4 person jacuzzi and a rain shower. What lets this hotel down is the decor is a little tired in places, the heating system didn’t work but the night shift team brought us heaters within minutes of us asking. The balcony door we couldn’t open, the toilet...

"Wonderful hotel - very modern, clean and fantastic facilities. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, which is highly appreciated. The only problem is that rooms are a bit noisy, being able to hear absolutely everything that goes on in the corridor outside your room. Thankfully I brought earplugs, so that wasn't too much of a problem, but this shouldn't happen in a 4-star hotel. The bar is great, and there are tons of areas on the ground floor where you can gather with friends and...

"Friendly greeting a reception and easy check in. V Studio room excellent overlooking Lord St Room great size and. cleanliness spot on. Morning breakfast buffet choices ample hot and cold. Staff across hotel polite. Recommend 100%"

"Staff were friendly, room was clean, abit on the small side but good for a couple. Bar had a good selection of drinks. We will be going again, good location for the area."
