"We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful.
I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. However, the staff responded quickly and came equipped with tools to help me get out. When we were leaving, they arranged a taxi to the airport for my son and me, and they even covered the cost related to the bathroom incident. I thought it was very kind of the manager to do that.
I would like to express my gratitude and highly recommend staying at ULIV in Polanco.

"It is an old building but they keep it in good shape. Staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast is fantastic! Sorroundings are good, many good restaurants and turistic places are walking distance. "
"Recomendado como siempre, una propiedad tranquila y con excelente ubicación. Su personal súper amable, todos nos ayudaron durante nuestra estancia, desde recepción hasta el personal de seguridad."
"Cute hotel in Polanco. There’s a great rooftop for those nice evenings. The rooms are large and well decorated. Really modern. The bathroom is big too. Shower is nice but the water takes some time to warm up. You can get filtered water from the restaurant right downstairs. As others have mentioned, the doors aren’t really soundproof so at night can hear doors and people in the hallways. The hotel is relatively quiet but perhaps a bigger issue during high season. Nonetheless, the hotel is great, and front desk was also helpful. You can also borrow a large umbrella if needed. Overall great stay!"
