"Good sized family room. Clean apart from some black mold on bathroom ceiling. Disappointed that the sofa bed was not made up for my son. Comfy double bed. Only 2 mugs despite 3 of us in the room. Great location and view of Tower Bridge. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff. Overall a good stay"

"We were a bit disappointed with the service during the evening meal and the time taken to receive it. Plus it was quite chilly during the meal. Also, the table we were given at breakfast was insufficient for 3 people to eat at (high circular table). Otherwise, everything else was fantastic"
