Reception staff were very friendly, happy to help with directions, taxi's etc. Room was clean although quite dated and def needs some TLC but for the price it was good value for money and would have no issue staying again."

"Room was lovely, apart from being on 8th floor heard all the noise from outside, windows were very poor and shocking repair work. No black out curtains still light at midnight. Noise out side was dreadful all night. Staff at reception were very good. Requested an early call for 5 in morning got it at 5.15. Needed to leave for treatment by 5.30, not so good. Was able to book a taxi which did arrive on time. A positive stay with all the little problems and would stay again. "

"Excellent experience and service. The building was funky and our shower had an issue but it was resolved straight away. There were events happening both week days we stayed which added some crowds. Beautiful spacious room for London standards and I’d definitely come back. "
