"Great location right in the heart of the city!"

"Cheap for the area. Room was clean, but had large stain on box spring skirt. No mirror in bathroom, only mirror inside closet door. A/C worked. As others have noted, elevators are small and often don’t work. They worked when I checked in and one was out of service when I checked out. Staff was friendly enough. "

"This is the perfect location. Times square on one side and madison square on the other. Rooms were great and big, bathroom normal size, clean, friendly, great food nect store, starbucks across the street. Just awesome."

The front desk checked in on us a few times after a small issue with our room, something we hardly made a fuss about but that they were diligent and thorough in looking into for us. One of the top favourite things for our son, on his whole NYC trip, was Luma’s robot Alina!"
