"The staff at the hotel made our stay! They were all very friendly and so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and tidy. There were thoughtful touches of fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from Waterloo, so very convenient. We didn't sleep well as there was quite a lot of noise from other hotel residents and outside the hotel, however we were only there one night so it didn't matter. "The hotel is lovely and modern, staff were friendly and professional. Cleanliness and in particular the bathroom were great. My only real criticism (and apparently I’m not the first) is the overly frosted glass in the room/sealed windows. Windows being sealed at a hotel is nothing new, sometimes however the option to let fresh air in is appreciated. However the real irritant was the frosted windows to point that basically no natural light can penetrate the room. I’m not asking for an amazing...
