"Fantastic old building with character and charm. Very nicely decorated with London wallpaper etc. very large room overlooking the London Eye and river yet extremely quiet. The staff were amazing. So attentive. The Christmas decorations made us feel very festive. Absolutely loved it, made our trip even better. Will stay again and highly recommend."

"This apartment is just lovely! From the communications pre and during the visit, everything was covered. The apartment is spotless, spacious and so so comfortable. It was in an excellent location which felt secure and safe as I was initially travelling solo to be joined later in my stay. The welcome was warm and friendly with recommendations and a guide to appliances in the flat as well as a lovely little welcome package of water, teas, coffees and other treats, milk in the fridge too. "I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and for good reason. Great location and the accommodation is well presented and elegant. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms are well appointed. The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards...
