"When we arrived by taxi we found the lobby adorably decorated for the season. We both said it was very cute. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family and they were just an easy 5 minute walk. The room was comfy and everything we needed, except for wash clothes which don't seem to be a thing in Europe, but we had brought our own. Be aware there is no lift and our room was on the 2nd floor. So if you can't handle steps request a 1st floor room. We arrived several hours early....

"Great location, nice big room, tv, tea and coffee, friendly staff and great breakfast. Only downside as others commented, lack of hot water for shower, it barely raised above cold at any time (room 305) and a cold shower in December is at best unpleasant. Shame as otherwise would give 5*."
