"Staff at this hotel are excellent. We checked into our room to find the bed messy/slept in & towels on the floor of the bathroom. Clearly the room wasn’t ready for us! We were moved to another room which was ok but needed some attention! Bathroom mirror was filthy, floor dirty but we did have a clean, freshly made bed! "

"I was a bit sceptical about this place because of the price I should not of been worried what a wonderful place booked the family a room and it was excellent clean well presented and had all the facilities tea coffee hot chocolate fridge and microwave. Location for us was excellent a tram ride into the center of Edinburgh. How this place can do it for the price I do not know 5***** thanks will use it again when in Edinburgh "

"We were welcomed at reception on arrival, hotel protocol was explained times for our buffet breakfast, hiw to order evening meals.at the bar, and how to gain access to the hotel should we be out in the evening and arriving back late. Our room was on the 4th floor with a beautiful view over the river it was clean, with comfortable twin beds spacuios suiting our needs, I particularly appreciated the hand rail in the shower cabinet because it isnt something I find often in other hotels. "The staff were so lovely, very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Reserved a table in the restaurant for us and booked a taxi for us. Super helpful. Lovely modern room, spotless. Had everything we needed. Would definitely go back."
