"Positives: Very close to train stations, walkable distance and flat for walking with luggage etc. Taxi from Euston was only £10, which was quite reasonable. Service was amazing, we turned up at hotel to drop luggage as it was 3 hrs before check in time and they said there was an available room, which we were extremely grateful of after a long journey. Room service was good and fast, even though they said they were really busy and there may be a wait. I dropped my wedding ring down the sink...

"Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Rooms are comfortable. Location between Theater District and British Museum is wonderful and walkable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Given all this, price is reasonable."
