Reception lady was kind,(didnt catch her name) polite and very smiley, made my first time guest at hotel excellent start. Room was good size for London and couldn't fault it. Check out was seem less easy. Already booked longer stay for jan 2026. Hotel location was central and quiet. Radisson Blu hotels well done. "

"Haven’t stayed in a Marriot for a few years . In this hotel the rooms have been refurbished in a more modern style. Dark but really cosy. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They let me check out at 2pm at no extra cost. Nice pool for an evening swim. Very warm pool. Breakfast was really well organised and really good selection of hot and continental. Really nice experience. Will definitely stay again. "
