"We stayed at the Covent Garden Hotel for five nights in January, 2024. This is a spectacular hotel; sumptuous accommodations, friendly, knowledgeable staff and an amazing restaurant. The staff knew us by name from our first check in and were so helpful in providing directions and suggestions. "Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. We travelled with 2 teenage children. The front desk and concierge staff were amazing and helpful. The bar staff were wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet for a city hotel. The only reason for 4 stars is our room was not ready at 3 and it took a while to get into the room. Also our room was never serviced until we requested it. "
