"We booked a room there with our 2 children to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had the nice surprise of being upgraded to the Royal Suite which was absolutely fantastic. The staff at reception was extremely nice and helpful, and gave us access to the lounge while our room was getting ready. Breakfast was amalzing too. "Lovely room on the top floor of the hotel with a great view of the clock tower at St Pancras station. Characterful, excellent and spacious both in room and bathroom with a lovely large shower….pressure wasn’t powerful but adequate for someone with long hair☺️ Bed was very comfy with lovely squishy pillows. "Very convenient for Central venues, theatre's etc. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was a little slow and our room didn't have tea-making facilities but they were provided on request. Bed was rather too hard for our tastes but he pillows were brilliant. Food was unexceptional. "
