"When I got there no one there they had left a message on the door it was a mobile number to ring, so I rang it no answer. I ended usung another number managed to get through they texted me both door codes. In end got sorted wasn't ideal. "

"Front desk was courteous. Breakfast severely overpriced, with poor selections and poor service. (Not comparable to service at another Pullman hotel where I’d stayed in Australia.) Servers were snarky. Also observed the similar treatment of another guest. Staff should be retrained, including the greeter at the entrance."
