Walls and doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything around you within the building. Outside noise, not so much. Extremely close to King's Cross which is fantastic. I could hear the person in the room snoring, coughing and talking loudly at 5am on the phone as though he was in my room. Request a non adjoining room if you stay here.
