There’s always some confusion in service in the bar/eating area, and often requires asking for something ordered previously. But that’s surmountable, given the convenient location. "Another great stay at the Clayton Burlington Road (we stayed here 3-4 times now) and have enjoyed the location, staff, etc every time— that said, we did have an issue with our heating, which the staff were very kind about in trying to fix, but unable to remedy the air system, leaving us with a very, very warm hotel room (80 degrees) for the duration of our stay"
