"Lifts can be annoying as you feel like you are waiting forever and when the doors open it full, this goes on and on in the mornings and it irritated the life out of me. "Really disappointed that we didn't have any information regarding the difficulty in locating the hotel by car, once we entered the city. We spoke too several people, who had the same experience. After an hour of trying to get our room warm with the air conditioning, we were told by the receptionist that it wasn't working properly and were given a electric heater also the extractor in the bathroom didn't work. It's a real shame, because the Hotel itself is exceptional "
