"This is my first experience with Virgin Hotels. I must say, it exceeded my expectation in every way. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a church suite room which was incredibly spacious, super comfortable and well appointed. I was particularly impressed with the eco friendly lighting and climate control experience. The unique branding and artwork is very apparent and appealing. I would highly recommend Virgin and this Edinburgh location was ideal. "

"Beautiful hotel - inside and outside. We were treated wonderfully well and all the staff were so welcoming and engaged with our young daughter. We loved the little Easter treats they gave her. The breakfast is truly something else and needs to be seen to be believed. Such a huge choice of foods which were presented attractively. Excellent room - really spacious and loved the full sized toiletries in the bathroom. A truly special place that we will definitely be staying at again."

"This was a lovely property right on the heart of the Royal Mile. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The only problem was the washer/dryer in our room left our clothes smelling burnt, but that is the only downside-otherwise wonderful stay! Would definitely stay again"
