"This my first time my wife and I stayed at The Majestic Elegance, and I must say I was very pleased with the entire resort, from the layout, ambiance, staff, room, pool, food, entertainment, and beach, the Majestic owes me nothing, but I have to give a shout out to my butler/concierge Melvin, he went above and beyond for me and my friends. "We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "
