"This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The beach in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out...

"We stayed in one of the duplexes upstairs with a nice view of the ocean. The unit was very big and pleasant. For some reasons we never got anyone for cleaning but it did not matter to us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the Villa Blanca Beach Club and ended up taking all with us to the room as we had a very pleasant balcony. The restaurant played nice local music but was a little too loud for the morning wake up! I would recommend and would love to go again and next...

"While the surroundings are great there were few areas of improvements that would like to pint out. Liquor selection was below average and our entire stay we were either served Black label or Chivas regal..single malts were all categorized as premium and priced extra. All coctails were made with liquor by a company called Bacanal and were either too sweet or too salty depending on wether u ordered a mojito or a margarita..Tajin was not there to rim the glass. And finally the DJ was so average...
