"At dinner last night my Wife asked me to rate the hotel. Considering I have been in the coach touring industry for 60 years I initially said the Imperial was there with the best. I then thought of the others, Hilton included, had second thoughts. I would put the Imperial Hotel, STAFF and location as THE TOPS of my list. Well done"

"Room was alright’ we would of liked a breakfast but with me I don’t eat meat but my husband does I asked if I could have a child’s portion knowing I wouldn’t be eating much at all we didn’t want to pay £12 each just for possible y a few beans & toast ‘ we have eating there before and really enjoyed the food so really having a opition of small & large would be good ‘"

"Amazing! We got a room upgrade to “the studio” which was lovely, clean and spacious. The amenities were great and the room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, along with the other restaurants in the hotel. The highlight being the gluten free options available at all of them. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and spa. We would 100% go back "

"Had a night stay on motorcycles. Twin lodge room was setback from the road & we could park the bikes outside the room. The room was everything we needed after a 6hr journey. The staff were nice & it was a short walk into town. We didn’t eat in the hotel because we wanted to stretch our legs. Would stay again. "
