"Beautiful resort and surrounding areas. Plenty of food options however the specialty restaurants serve the same food as the buffet. Staff are generally nice but some of the dining staff were a little rude. A lot of walking since the golf carts do not take you anywhere. I loved the room, we upgraded and the shower was excellent. "

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful property on our honeymoon! Would definitely recommend. We really appreciated the activities they had planned throughout the day, and that they quieted down by 10-10:30 every night (our room was facing the outdoor stage). "

"Our reservation was for the Beach (adults only) when we checked in it was a 2 hour process and then we were sent over to Barceló Bávaro Palace because there were no rooms available for us even though we had a reservation!! I was very upset/disappointed at first but then realized it was actually a good thing!! Just not sure why it took them 2 hours to tell us!! Other than the nightmare of check in on the Beach side every thing was fantastic!! I would go back and stay at the Palace any time!"

"Everyone was so helpful and friendly at the property. The property was also well kept. Looked brand new. I also loved how there were entertainment each nights of our stay. Food was delicious! Would stay again! "

"The bartenders were great! Elvin and Pedro by the snack bar are wonderful! Elvin always came by to make sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeper MariCruz was not friendly at all. She was no where to be found until the day we checked out (i guess she was expecting us to tip her) When we arrived there was clumps of hair in the shower drain and chewed up gum on the floor. We had to ask for wash cloths and extra towels every day.our mini bar was not restocked. We had to bring our own water back to the room. Maricruz was heard in the hallway complaining how she has 25 rooms to clean in a day. (So unprofessional) All the other housekeepers were always friendly to bad they weren't our housekeeper. Our Butler Fednon, we only saw him on the first day of check in. We never saw him again. We text him to confirm our dinner reservations but He said he had an emergency. No other butler filled in for him we missed out on reserving dinner because of him. We were told by reservationist all restaurants were booked for the week. Our master suite was spacious and a great view. The nightclub was really nice the casino was ok. The food was delicious every day. I would not say this is a 5 star. The price we paid was def. Over priced. We usually stay in the presidential suite in Secrets Cap Cana. That is 5 star. (Btw was sold out) BeLive was a good choice we had fun and enjoyed most of the staff. Regulate the ppl holding beach chairs. "
