"Great time in Krakow and would return to this apartment. It was clean and spacious for the four of us. Perfect location for shopping, food, and the free walking tours. Absolutely recommend but do know there isn’t an elevator/lift so be prepared for stairs. Adrian was great and even carried the heaviest bag up, gave restaurant recommendations, money exchange location, and overall very helpful. He was also accommodating with our schedule which was greatly appreciated. "

"Lovely hotel in a historic part of the city. The interior is beautifully decorated to match the history. We had a room on the top floor at the back so didn’t have much of a view out our small window but the room itself was perfect. The bed was big enough and the bathroom was a good size. The addition of the hot tub on the rooftop is nice however there isn’t a reservation system in place so each time we tried to use it, there was already somebody in it. "The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The team were very helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and well cared for. The only elements that could be improved were the bed was VERY firm and the pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast tea was not replenished in the room and the towels were quite rough. All personal preference and didn’t massively impact our overall stay but for a 5 star hotel you would expect these things."
