"Been coming to Cozumel for thirty years, the last ten staying at Casa Mexicana. The staff are more like family than "staff" as we know many by name and they in turn are always so happy to see us back. Breakfast buffet and custom egg orders and pancake/waffles are a nice touch! Service of any kind is exceptional. Nice pool and bar - great specialty drinks!! "

"The staff is excellent! 🙌. Very friendly and accommodating. The location allowed us to safely cross the road and get on our boat to Scuba dive. Our bed was comfortable and was very happy our room had a refrigerator and air conditioning. The hotel is in a state of renovation with lots of noise during the day. It would have been great to have a small table with chairs in the room. "

"We had a wonderful stay. It's not a 5 star resort and we knew that when we booked it. The food was ok and there were a few issues with the water flow in the sink and shower in our room, but we made it work. The mini golf was pretty much unusable as it was flooded. But the A/C worked good in our room and the friendliness of the staff made up for any small issues we encountered. The beach and snorkeling was amazing. It was a nice quiet stay without a party crowd and always plenty of beach chairs....
