"Punta Aloe 20 is a nice split-level, beach-style villa with floor to ceiling windows and great views of the water from the spacious deck and main room. The two bedrooms on the top-level have mini-AC splits that cool them well. The rest of the villa is dependent on the “natural air conditioning” of cross ventilation. As previous guests have mentioned, the small biting mosquitoes can be a problem due to the lack of window screens on the main floor. We also had problems with water pressure...

"Nestled in the hillside, very tranquil and peaceful and secluded. We even saw a deer one morning while having coffee lots of wildlife like chicken and kitties. I really like that there was two bathrooms. Great plates to crash after spending the day on the island."
