"Overall this was a good hotel. The location is excellent, in the Gothic Quarter. The room wasn't large but adequate, clean, and modern, including some USB outlets. Good shower with water pressure and temperature quite responsive. I was in a back room, so it was quiet - not sure about noise if one overlooked the street. Generally the staff was helpful. "This is our second time staying at Hotel Colon and it continues to amaze. It’s been upgraded since our last stay so it’s even better. The location can’t be beat and staff very friendly and helpful. It rained while we’re there and it’s such a great touch that they would even lend you an umbrella to use so you can stay dry.
