One night stay in a twin room, hotel is easy to find with free parking. We enjoyed the swimming pool, main reason for booking. Room was a bit tired in places and some dust evident, but beds were comfy and outlook to the garden was good.

Overall a good place to stay
The location is really good if you are driving into Edinburgh. It has gym and spa (sauna, swimming pool) facilities that you can use. I enjoyed my stay as I was only there to get a good night sleep. The rooms are of good size. The only thing about this place is it lacks maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and took great care of us, especially Jimmy, Jack and Lewis they were so helpful. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was fantastic.
