This elegant flat is divided into 3 bedrooms comprising of one double room (master), a twin room, and a box room with a day bed which can easily be converted to a double.
Although the property is located in a quiet residential area you can reach the city centre in minutes!
LIVING ROOM
The airy and light living room is quite inviting. You will find there an L-shaped sofa and another 2 seater sofa where you can relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city. Also, there is a beautiful vintage coffee table and a SMART TV at your disposal.
KITCHEN
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you might possibly need to prepare a delicious five-course meal: Coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, ironing board, tableware, cutlery and cooking basic spices.
MASTER BEDROOM
The Master Bedroom has a double bed, 2 nightstands, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a beautiful interior mirror. The bedroom is suitable for up to 2 guests.
TWIN BEDROOM
The Second Bedroom has to offer twin beds and a nightstand. This bedroom is suitable for up to 2 guests.
BOX ROOM
This cosy bedroom has a sofa bed which can convert. There is also a convenient hanger rack and a decorative wall mirror. The bedroom is suitable for 1 guest.
BATHROOM
The stylishly decorated bathroom has to offer a bathtub and an over-bath shower. Essentials, hairdryer and towels are provided.

• Respect surrounding communities - Guests should respect all designated quiet hours: after 10 pm and before 7 am, and keep disruptive noise to a minimum (ex: loud music, shouting, constant stomping, slamming doors, etc.).
• Respect the property - Guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with soiled carpet, moldy dishes, excessive trash, etc.). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.). Smoking inside the property is strictly not allowed. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.
The apartment is within a residential neighborhood - and the house rules, especially around noise, are in place to be respectful of our neighbors - it's really important to us that this is respected. I hope you understand and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
