"The location was very convenient, it was just a few minutes from the Tottenham Court Road underground station. There are also lots of stores and attractions nearby. It is a short walk to lots of interesting places such as the theater district, Covent Garden, Chinatown, Leicester Square, etc. And even though the hotel is very close to the busy bustling areas, my room was surprisingly quiet. The staff was very friendly. I’m definitely interested in staying at this hotel again on my next visit to London."

"It was convenient to so many places. Just lovely. If I had one suggestion for your American guests. Please make it easier to get ice. I was told it would be brought up even though I didn't mind waiting. I waited for about an hour and a half. When it still didn't come, I had to forget it because I'd be late for a tour. "

"Stayed for a conference hosted in the hotel. The location is not brilliant for nightlife, but very convenient to the river and there are some good pubs around. Did not try the hotel restaurant. "

"Very beautiful place to stay. Walking distance to Hyde park and many other attractions. Easy to get to the underground from here as well."

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
